Canceling your order

If you had a change of heart from an order you recently placed, contact our customer care team with your Order ID as soon as possible! We understand this happens, and ideally, we would like to catch this before the order ships. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have shipped, and if this is the case, we would need you to follow our return and refund process.
